Return Process

• 1.
  Initiate Return

  Visit our online return portal with your order number and zip code to start the process.

• 2.
  Pack Your Item

  Place the blanket in its original packaging or a similar sized box to ensure safe transit.

• 3.
  Print & Attach Label

  Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal and secure it to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Drop Off

  Take your package to any authorized carrier drop-off location. Your refund will be processed once received.
